ADHD
Comprehensive evaluation and ongoing medication management for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Structured monitoring with standardized rating scales at every visit.
HeroHouse Pediatrics now offers structured behavioral health management for ADHD, anxiety, and depression — ages 6–17, fully telehealth, led by a single dedicated provider who already knows your child from their everyday pediatric care.
Evidence-based medication management with structured monitoring — not rushed visits or anonymous prescribers.

Generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and panic — evaluated and managed through a structured medication and monitoring program with validated screening tools.
Persistent sadness, loss of interest, behavioral changes — medication management with regular follow-ups and standardized mood assessments at every visit.
All three conditions — ADHD, anxiety, and depression — can be managed together through Behavioral Health Plans, even if your child is being treated for more than one.
From enrollment through stable care — every step is designed for safety, consistency, and a provider who knows your child.
Choose the plan that fits your family — add behavioral health coverage to your existing membership, or enroll in a standalone plan. Annual plans are paid upfront; monthly plans require a 12-month commitment.
Before your first visit, you'll complete standardized rating scales and provide any relevant history. For ADHD patients, a home blood pressure monitor and digital scale are required for ongoing monitoring — we'll tell you exactly what you need.
A comprehensive telehealth evaluation with your provider. We review your child's history, symptoms, rating scale results, and determine the best treatment approach together.
Once treatment begins, your child is seen monthly to monitor how they're responding. We track symptoms with standardized tools at every visit, adjust as needed, and watch for side effects. This phase typically lasts 2–4 months.
Once your child is stable on their medication, visits move to every 3 months. Same structured monitoring, same rating scales, same provider. If anything changes, we go back to monthly until stable again.
Continuity and structure — not volume-based care.
Transparency upfront helps families choose the right path.
Our behavioral health program is designed specifically for school-age children and adolescents. We do not provide behavioral health services for children under age 6.
This program provides medication evaluation, prescribing, and ongoing monitoring. We do not provide therapy or counseling. We strongly encourage families to pursue therapy alongside medication management and can help with referral guidance.
ADHD patients will need an automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor and a digital scale at home. You'll take readings at the start of every visit. We'll provide specific equipment recommendations based on your child's age and size at enrollment.
We use validated clinical tools to track your child's symptoms over time. These must be completed before every visit — no exceptions. If forms aren't done, the visit will need to be rescheduled.
Behavioral health medication management is only available through Behavioral Health Plans. There is no pay-per-visit option for these services. This ensures every child receives the consistent, structured monitoring that safe prescribing requires.
For patients prescribed controlled substances, your provider checks Indiana's prescription drug monitoring database before every prescription. This is required by Indiana law and is part of our commitment to safe prescribing.
