  • Thoughtful evaluation and clinical guidance
  • Clear explanation of next steps
  • A treatment plan you can follow
  • Prescriptions when appropriate
  • Guidance on escalation when needed

ADHD, anxiety, or depression (ages 6–17): Medication management is available through our Behavioral Health Plans — structured visits, standardized monitoring, and the same provider who already knows your child. This program does not replace therapy; we encourage therapy alongside medication management when appropriate.

Clear Boundaries

When telehealth is not enough

We're upfront about the limits of telehealth — your child's safety always comes first. Some concerns need in-person care, emergency evaluation, or hands-on assessment. We'll say so clearly and help you know the right next step.

How We Protect You

Triage first — every time

We use a triage-first approach for every concern. Before a visit is scheduled or completed, we review information about your child's symptoms to determine whether telehealth is a reasonable and safe option.

If triage or a visit determines that your child needs in-person or emergency care, you will not be charged for the telehealth visit. Our goal is to prevent families from paying for care that cannot be safely provided virtually.

See the full process
  • Triage helps determine whether a visit makes sense, not replaces one
  • Medical advice, diagnoses, and treatment decisions occur during visits
  • You will not be charged for a telehealth visit that only results in escalation
  • Clear boundaries exist between triage, visits, and ongoing messaging
